In September 2014, Beautiful Births had its pre-screening in Ocala, Florida at the Ocala Wellness Center. The next evening, it had it's theatrical debut screening at Cinema Paradiso in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After the screenings there were Q&A Panels featuring women in the birthing community, women featured in the documentary and filmmaker Jacqui Blue.
